Anyone else having fun with flipnote? I finally got my DSi upgraded to 1.4, and flipnote is a pretty cool free application. I'm rather impressed. Expect a blog post eventually, but it is awesome.
I'm not artist though.
For those of you who want to see some flipnotes, you get to view them online at: http://flipnote.hatena.com/
Personally I thought this one was really impressive: http://flipnote.hatena.com/0B9B6E30AA2C8F42@DSi/movie/2C8F42_0911E5211EAF7_004?in=movies&sort=hot

Yea it wasn't pretty to listen to, but I'm shocked and amazed at how much work some people have put in. Seriously, I've done... errr stickman fighting, writing, bits of crappy art, but those things are AMAZING.

Yeah I find flipnote to be pretty cool, slightly hard to use and get good animations with it. My ones look pretty crappy, i have not used it much though.

I found it boring as hell not enough stuff to do.
should've been more capable imo

I think as an animator, a free one at that, it was pretty successful. There are obviously those that aren't interested in spending lots of time doing this, me included, but it is pretty cool imo.

I don't really want a dsi so I just stick with animantee. Animantee is still pretty good though.

I have absolutely NO idea what this is...is it a free downloadable app that you make animations on by drawing, then post it on a website? :bounce: Thanks
