View Full Version : BIG PROBLEM WITH DS UPPER SCREEN

Hi, i have a BIG problem with the upper screen of my ds lite
When i turn on my ds, the upper screen is normal, but after 20-25 sec, it's begin to change coulor, and sometime, it's all black,
Somebody can help me?Or better, somebody lives in vancouver can help me?

how long has it been since you bought it
The North America Nintendo Headquarters is RIGHT HERE in vancouver

so if your DS is messed up. And you purchased it for less than a year.
You can go there and get a new DS.

I've exchanged mine a few times because of problems.
Everytime you exchange it, you get a new year warranty.

EDIT:Imagine alle the screen with a 'voile'(in french) of black,sometimes it's ok, sometimes, it's all black :colors:
I don't know what to do :bounce:
I still have the box with the 'product serial number' and i don't know for the recieve, if PV or m-t-l can help me :thumbleft:
I sell my ds 3-4month ago

With you serial number, you can check whether your warantee is still up on Nintendo's website (<!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.Nintendo.ca">www.Nintendo.ca</a><!-- w -->)
