  1. Humble Weekly Sale - Focus Home Interactive (Cities XL, Game of Thrones)

The latest Humble Weekly Sale is turning a few heads. Not too many of the Weekly Sales have been successful, but this one is definitely a bargain. As usual, the minimum contribution is $1, which can be split between charities, the developer or the Humble tip. Included in the bundle are:

    • Cities Platinum XL
    • Blood Bowl: Legendary Edition
    • Divinity II: Developer's Cut
    • R.A.W
  2. Amazon Paperwhite 2013 First Impressions - The Screen

When Amazon announced their new Paperwhite in September, I was optimistic. A lot of other sites were underwhelmed by the fact that it has kept the same shape and size, name and most of the software. It's not a huge upgrade, that much is clear, but it is a step up. This is quite a strong bundle for mobile devices, so take this chance now and donate ...

    Gateway 3DS Review

Initially, I had my share of doubts about this flash cart. I had always wanted a better way to make 3DS games more accessible, and having been attached to the DS scene for so long, I figured it was inevitable that something would come up. Sure enough, June rolls around and Gateway 3DS is announced. I wanted to see it succeed, truly, but I was skeptical because of the Crown 3DS incident. As time went by, delays were announced, and my eagerness sank further. Soon ...
  5. Steam Family Sharing - Loan out your games

Today, Valve announced a new feature for their Steam platform: "Family Sharing". This will be rolled out in the next little while but will be entering beta this week. Family Sharing will allow users to share their extensive library of PC video games with friends and family. The system will work by designating up to 10 computers per account that are authorized to request access to certain games, or alternatively, designate a single home computer that will have access to your library regardless ...
