Keep Using Windows Live Messenger (MSN) with Messenger Reviver 2

by PharaohsVizier on 05-05-2013 at 06:50 PM
Skype was set to replace Windows Live Messenger/MSN on April 8th. Even after April 8th, for a few weeks it was still possible to use MSN. Unfortunately that changed as MSN now prompts a message to update to Skype when you login using Windows Live Messenger. Luckily there is a patch called Messenger Reviver 2 that will bypass this check and let you login into Windows Live Messenger. The process is pretty pain free.

The Best Stylus for Your iPad or Android Tablet

by PharaohsVizier on 04-28-2013 at 09:32 PM

Gaikai has obviously become a key part of the development of the Playstation 4, which after today's reveal had a heavy focus on cloud features. The notion of cloud gaming revolves around streaming content

by PharaohsVizier on 02-07-2013 at 05:16 PM

For Etrian Odyssey fans, the demo is out and upon first glance, it is a pretty hefty demo, with the entire first level. The series is a call back to classic dungeon mapping games and encourages players to explore and map every dungeon manually on the bottom screen. There are a number of features that is accessible from the demo, from the general gameplay (exploring, mapping, managing your guild) to some of the quirky features new in Etrian Odyssey; one

Mega Cloud Storage Launches Today

by PharaohsVizier on 01-19-2013 at 05:41 PM

Exactly one year ago, the largest file sharing site Megaupload was taken down by US authorities. At its peak, Megaupload held private and corporate files, music and movies and accounted for 4% of internet traffic. Over the past year, there has been significant drama regarding the site and its sudden closure. There was certainly people who used it for piracy, there were plenty of legitimate users that lost their files in the shutdown. While the court system
