Favorite Gadgets?

but yea its quite a bit stronger than any of my other lasers.
however for the record, wickedlasers seldom ship out lasers that are up to spec
the one I have is tested to be 800mW instead of the advertised 1000mW+
if you check laser forums for people with meters than can check the arctic's output, maybe 10% would be up to spec

but then again, theres not much you can't do with 800mW
and visually, you won't see a difference in the beam
the 200mW difference is somewhat insignificant

and yea cigarettes will light pretty easily
ppl use these lasers to burn bugs for fun

Am I the only one who thinks this sounds a bit dangerous? =/ Very cool nonetheless, lighting a cigarette with a laser would be "different" to say the least.

I agree with benjamin. I would love to have a laser with that cool lightsaber effect but none of the potential hazards that me_too_lazy's has.

No doubt it's dangerous. I wore red goggles that stop the blue beams when I was there taking pictures (sort of made it hard to do it).
