New Sponsor: GameKool.com

GameKool.com

Today I’d like to introduce to you the very last of our recent new sponsors, GameKool.com. They are another China based website trying to offer rock bottom prices with a high level of service. With a wide variety of gaming devices and accessories, GameKool is worth checking out. When they contacted me, they seemed like approachable people, and are definitely paying attention to what is happening in the scene.

I decided to scope out the site just to see who’s advertisements would be on my site. I was pleasantly surprised to see a live chat support that was actually available, contact forms, etc. They contacted me through MSN, so it seems that is an available option as well. The prices look pretty good on almost the entire selection of products. So I’m sure that a shopping experience with GameKool would be a great one, in fact I’m looking to buy a few things from them soon.

What should you buy from them?
To be honest, I looked at the site and was a little disappointed to start with. Shipping wasn’t free. Then I realized they have a free shipping zone, with a LOT of products in it. Their AceKard 2i carts are $15 a piece, which is nice considering they have them in stock rather than other web shops. The real deal comes in with the combo with 2GB or 4GB MicroSD cards. The same could be said with all their flash carts, they are pretty close to the cheapest price around, and I’m hearing good things about shipping time.

I’m not sure if you guys know what Dreamboxes are, but I was surprised to find them with such a low price tag here. Essentially they are for you to get cable or satellite TV in a manner that costs you nothing and probably won’t hold up in court (cough cough, get the point?).

Get going to GameKool.com already! Asides from flash carts, they have some interesting stuff over there!

I take it you’ll be getting the Dreambox then??

Just one question: when you say it receives satellite TV, you mean through a dish, or as channels via cable? I looked through the product description, but found no satellite dish.

Satellite TV isn’t available where I am for ‘aesthetic’ reasons (yeah right), so it’d be cool to see what’s up.

There are several different models, the ones that end with C and S (for cable and satellite). For satellite for example, you need the actual dish. The idea is that the dreambox unscrambles the channels that normally give you static. So I guess you still need basic cable.

I’m not 100% sure if I want to buy a dreambox yet, it looks a little pricey for me at the moment, I’m definitely considering one, but I don’t know enough about the different models and stuff yet.
