5.  Support
Support means that number of updates a company has made, how far they are willing to go to make a customer feel happy, and how much they stand behind their product.  Both the Supercard Team and Team Cyclops have received an unprecedented amount of praise, and for obvious reasons, both teams are the best in their business.

CycloDS Evolution:
Unfortunately the past Team Cyclops didn’t earn anyone’s respects.  Earlier on they were the creators of Supercard clones.  They would create fake products and offered bare minimum updates.  They haven’t been around long enough to say that they have been in the scene long enough to know everything either.

However, the team behind the CycloDS Evolution has become legendary.  Their support now is truly amazing.  They have released breath taking firmware updates, which have new features, and are constantly working on fixes.  You can see from all the information above that they are aiming to make the CycloDS Evolution the very best it can be.

As well, Team Cyclops is known to prowl around in their forum, http://teamcyclops.com/forum/index.php.  Basically they are always there to solve your problems, and any reports of bugs there are fixed in the next release.  Even better is the fact that they listen to their customers.  They have a forum section called “Evolution Feature Requests”, and they are implanting features from that section actively, trying their best to fulfill everyone’s requests. Updates seem to happen very often, and they appear even faster when there is a game that doesn't work.

 
There is no doubt in my mind that Team Cyclops' winning product is the result of their support and nothing else.

Supercard DS ONE:
I can start by saying, the English they speak is absolutely horrible.  If you are chatting with them over MSN, they will most likely misunderstand you.  You will need to talk for a long time to get a simple point across.

But did you notice I said MSN?  The Supercard Team actively respond to emails, they are on MSN from time to time, and sometimes they can be reached by phone.  Yes it is true that their English isn’t the best, but they are always there, trying to understand what you are trying to say.  If you send an email in Chinese, they are much more likely to understand.  If you try to explain through MSN, you are more likely to get a good response, etc.

 
Their English forum may be a little quiet, but look at their Chinese forum, it is buzzing!

The Supercard Team has been around for many years, creating many flash carts.  They have always stood behind their products, even now, their oldest products are actively getting updates.  That means that your Supercard DS ONE will last you many years to come, the Supercard Team have proven themselves to stand behind their products forever. Sometimes updates may get a dry spell, but out of the blue, new ones pop out that don't disappoint.

I feel that both teams are great.  They are both always there for their customers.  I can see why others give the edge to Team Cyclops because they speak English natively, but honestly, how often do you talk to the team?  I feel that they are both doing a great job, there isn’t one that is better than the other.
