For those of you that may be unaware, the AKAIO 1.5 version was JUST RELEASED moments ago! The firmware believed to be speculation has lifted off at last! Well, this information is straight from GBAtemp, and Normatt, the AKAIO programmer, teamed up with some Yellow Wood Goblin dude and released the binary files. Now, ladies and gentlemen, please note that if you want to update loaders in the future, you MUST UPDATE TO 1.5. I repeat, you must UPDATE to 1.5! This version is quite fantastic, because it features fixes for 100+ NDS games, anti-piracy destroyer thing, a POR fix (what the bloody hell is that?) and WII CONNECTIVITY. I really am pleased and kinda laughing right now. Please download at GBATemp.net and discuss here or there.

It’s been a while since I last wrote something on the blog, so here I go. I was interested in writing about some of the upcoming releases for the PSP. I know that this site is called DSDatabase, but I just had to inform some folks in case they had a PSP. I was quite interested in some of the releases for the next few weeks. I was quite interested in the release of Warriors Orochi 2, which also was released for XBox 360, Playstation 3, and Playstation 2. It was released last year in Japan for the PSP. However, sadly, the Warriors Orochi release for the United States, scheduled for release yesterday, August 28, came included with PSP Official firmware 5.55 OH NO! I can’t play this game now ! 
Looks like a lot of games are coming with this new firmware 5.55, including Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny, which was released in Japan a few days back. The US version is scheduled for release on 9/01…And now, for more releases to come… Read the rest of this entry »
*yawn* Hello guys, thanks for joining me on another Fun to Read blog thing. I’m sorry for my absence. I was busy with trying to earn good scores on my last practice SAT because my parents offered me the chance to get a PSP. Yay… so, of course, I worked my ass off and I scored much better than the past few weeks. So, after a few days of friggin intense shopping via Amazon and Ebay, I bought a PSP Slim on ebay, but I don’t know if it is hackable. I have everything on my computer ready, I have the ISOs, the emulators, the GBA games, the programs, ChickHEN, DdC, and whatnot. Now I need to wait a few days to get my PSP from USPS and my Pandora Battery. ‘Tis a shame DX shipping failed so horribly. I ordered from them, waited 5 days, and the product did not ship out! So, I cancelled, and bought off Amazon. Three days later, I get my memory card. That was yesterday. LOL it came really quick. I was most pleased. Hi guys, its shadowhunter. I’m really sorry about my lack of blog postings and fun articles. I’ve been really tired out and I’ve got my final SAT examination on Friday. This test will make or break the rest of my summer. If I score well enough on this test, my parents will let me get a PSP! 
I’ve got the memory card shipping out via DealExtreme and I’m quite tired cuz PSP ISO files are friggin HUGE!
Anyways, I’ll get back to blogging next week, I’m really exhausted with SATs and such. Please wish me luck, because IF i get my PSP, i’ll be sure to play with you guys online.

Anyways, news has been terribly lacking! This kinda sucks on my end because I gathered random things out there on the news for blogging entertainment. The news these days is so droll, not including the typhoon Morakot that struck China and forced one million people to flee the 111 mile per hour hellstorm. I give my condolences to the many people whom were injured or killed and pray that they live and can return to their home. But screw that! Let’s be more cheery! Yahoo! I love my life right now, sort of. Take out the SAT school part and I’ll be OK. Well, anyways, welcome to the seventh article of Fun To Read Blogs! This one is called, “The Best Week of My LIFE!” I’m in a godawfully good mood. This is kinda funny, considering I had a really irritating session of SAT prep today and tomorrow I actually take the practice test ugggh. Why am I so happy? My new buddy PharaohsVizier showed me and all of you guys a dirt cheap place to buy some gaming stuff! I pretty much wanted to dance all over my house. And on top of that, I bought an intellectual puzzle box. I’ll be sure to blog about that. I might also get a PSP and put custom firmware on it. YAY!
